OTA Issues

If OTA updates fail:

1. Confirm the gateway has internet access.
2. Confirm the OTA endpoint returns a firmware URL.
3. Confirm the SHA-256 hash matches the downloaded firmware.
4. Retry with stable power and WiFi.
